Refund policy
All RockIT Apparel products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Defective or Misprinted Items If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Rockitapparel13@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- Items reported after 7 days of delivery
